WSF has made a philosophical and financial commitment to a safe work environment which fully complies with OSH regulations. Our intensive computerised Health and Safety System is a true ‘living document’. As a member of Site Safe, we put all our staff through training so that they can uphold our commitment to safe working practices. This commitment extends to providing clients and visitors a safe and pleasant working/visiting environment.
As an example of how WSF looks after our staff, we purchased scissor hoists to increase the safety of site workers; and we have sought outside health and safety consultants to provide information, strategies and support on safety procedures. WSF sources specialised external resources so that we give our staff the best training possible, particularly for workshop machinery, and safety and emergency procedures.
